Jim Baylor,  Associate Pastor — Jim has been associate pastor of Christian Education, Evangelism and Discipleship at Valley since 2000.  He did his undergraduate work at Texas A&M and his Master of Divinity degree from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, California. John Coons, Music Minister — John grew up in Marin County with Valley as his home church.  He has served as Choir Director and Minister of Music for many years and has a wide variety of musical talents.  He directs the adult choir, bell choir, and worship teams. John@vbcsanrafael.org

Amy, Office Manager — Amy has been at Valley for over 20 years and brings a great warmth to the front office as she always puts people first.  Besides her office duties she is involved in many ministries in the life of the church. Amy@vbcsanrafael.org

Jim Blomquist, Maintenance — Jim has been at Valley for several years fixing, painting, repairing, building, trimming, mowing, and doing whatever else needs to be done to keep the church building and grounds looking great.
