Dr. David P. Craig is a native Californian born in Long Beach and raised in Huntington Beach. He has been married to his best friend - Dana - for 22 years and they have five adult children and four grand sons. He was privileged to study and earn degrees from Multnomah University in Portland, OR (B.S. - 1988); Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada, CA (M.Div. - 1991); Westminster Theological Seminary in Escondido, CA & Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry (D.Min. - 2003). He has over 30 years experience pastoring churches as a Youth and Senior Pastor in Oregon, Washington, and California. As a cancer survivor he has a special heart for people with cancer and their caregivers. David has a passion for Christ and helping others become followers of Christ by being, making, and multiplying disciples of Him. His life verse is 1 Timothy 4:16, “Keep a close watch on yourself and on the teaching. Persist in this, for by doing so you will save both yourself and your hearers.” Aside from his passion for Christ he also enjoys playing tennis and golf; and watching pro baseball, international soccer, college football, and college basketball; and enjoys traveling with Dana and his family. William (Bill) Ingram, a Southern California native, finished a Doctorate of Ministry degree in Church Health and Multiplication at Talbot School of Theology in Feb 2015, completed a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership from Hope International University in 2008 and graduated from Vanguard University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Religion. He loves to golf, enjoys all water sports and reading. Ordained with Community Baptist Church (Journey of Faith), Bill has enjoyed over 30 years of vocational and avocational ministry. His ministry experience includes being a youth pastor (eight years) in a church of 200, a senior pastor (four years) in a church of 100, a leader and speaker in singles ministry (four years) in a church of 10,000 with a singles ministry of 400+ and most recently as an executive and outreach pastor (eight years) in a multi-site church of 3,000.

Charles Vincent was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and joined the U.S. Marines immediately after graduating from high school. Stationed in Southern California, he met his future wife and after his enlistment ended, they moved to Dallas, TX. While in Dallas, Charles received his A.A. Degree in Practical Theology from Christ for the Nations Institute and his B.A. Degree in Christian Ministries and Video Production from Dallas Baptist University. He is currently attending Gateway Seminary, formally Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to his wonderful wife Karen for over 16 years and they have 3 kids-Josiah, Aleyah, and Ava. They currently live in Vacaville, CA.
Charles wasn’t raised in the church and did not hear the Gospel until his senior year of high school. God is using his life journey to fuel a passion to reach students and young people with the Good News of Jesus. Charles is committed to being a resources that equips others to effectively reach their influence zone with the Gospel while living out their lives in right relationship with God through His power.
God has shaped Charles to journey alongside students, helping them reach their full potential in Christ while reaching out to the marginalized and connecting them to God through mentoring relationships centered around an attitude of discipleship; being a disciple while making disciples who make disciples.

Juan Carlos Martinez
Juan Carlos joined the Valley staff in 2014 to lead the new Hispanic ministry VBC started in 2013. He currently leads both the Hispanic service and weekly Bible study in Spanish.
Hanni joined the Valley staff in 2008. She is instrumental in administrative tasks including the bookkeeping. She is also involved in other ministries at Valley. Her husband, Mike is our IT expert at Valley.
Ann has been the church accompanist for many years and does a fabulous job playing in the worship team, doing special numbers on Sunday morning, and supporting many special music events throughout the year.
